Installing it takes 3 steps

In wp-admin: Plugins → Add New Plugin → Upload Plugin, choose the file you just downloaded, click Install Now, then Activate.
Go to WooCommerce → WA Order and enter your WhatsApp number (country code + digits only, e.g. 27821234567).
Visit any product page — your new "Order via WhatsApp" button is already there.
